Om Mandir App - Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Om Mandir (“We” / “Our” / “Us”) collects, uses, stores, maintains, secures and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User“ / “You” / “Your”) of the Om Mandir app (“App“) and https://ommandir.app/ website (“Site“). By using the Om Mandir app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please review it periodically for any updates.

2. Payment Terms

Om Mandir app supports one-time payments only. Payments are collected only for services offered through the app, and once a payment is made, it cannot be canceled on the platform. However, we offer a 2-day money-back guarantee (from the date services are consumed) in the form of reserve coins. These coins can be used for future purchases if you are not satisfied with the service.

3. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

Refund requests must be made within 2-day of service consumption.
To request a refund, contact us via email at support@ommandir.app and include your registered phone number.
Payments made using referral codes, coupons, or free programs are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time elapsed since payment.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, our Customer Care team will respond within 7 business days. A representative will get in touch with you to understand the issue, and at their discretion, a refund may be processed.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be converted into reserve coins, which will be credited to your app account within 7 business days.
If you haven’t received your reserve coins within this period, please reach out to us at support@ommandir.app with your registered phone number.

5. Important Notes

Payments made through coupons or free programs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Refund processing may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your app account. Any delays beyond this are likely due to coins processing times.
This policy applies only to payments made through the Om Mandir app. Payments made through any other platform or source are not eligible for refunds.
